Laura Watrous has been in the real estate field for 16 years. She began her career in 1998 working primarily with both buyers and sellers. By 2001, her interest and focus had shifted to the specialized area of full-time residential and vacation rental property management. It didn’t take long for her to develop a reputation as an expert in the field.

Laura’s hands-on approach and experience in this unique area of real estate has seen her holding similar positions in Virginia, South Carolina, and, since 2008, North Carolina.
